Chris Schalk
Chris Schalk is a Developer Advocate for Google and helps promote Google Ajax technologies around the world. He is also one of the original members of the OpenAjax Alliance. Prior to Google, Schalk was a Principal Product Manager and Java Evangelist for Oracle's application server and development tools division. While at Oracle, he worked to define the overall Web development experience for Oracle JDeveloper and ADF Faces (Trinidad). He is also the co-author of JavaServer Faces: The Complete Reference published through McGraw-Hill Osborne (ISBN: 0072262400)
Debu Panda

Ivelin Ivanov
Ivelin is a member of the JBoss core team and serves as Director of Product Development. His responsibilities include overseeing the development process, resources and unified product roadmap. Ivelin is community leader for Java.net Communications. He is also member of the JSR 240 Expert Group – JAIN SLEE 1.1 and founder of the open source implementation Mobicents.
Ivelin participates in the Eclipse initiative as member of the WTP Requirements Committee. In the open source community Ivelin has contributed to JBoss, Apache Cocoon, jXPath, GNU QEXO, XMLForm and FreeBuilder IDE. Ivelin graduated with Master's of Computer Science at the university of Sofia. He is originally from Dobrich, Bulgaria. With more than 17 years of development and management experience, Jags Ramnarayan is responsible for the direction of high-performance distributed data management software at GemStone. Mr. Ramnarayan was previously the Web Services architect at BEA and has been a representative for several technology standards, including W3C, SOAP, and JAXM. He has also been involved in J2EE platform specifications and EJB expert groups. He has presented in technical conferences such as Grid conferences, JUG, ObjectExpo, JavaOne, and W3C workshops, and has been active in the field of distributed high-performance computing for the past 10 years.

A keen Open Source enthusiast, Peter is the initiator and maintainer of two successful SourceForge projects. One of them is "JTrac" - an open-source issue management web-application completely built on Wicket, Spring and Hibernate.
JTrac has been very well received within the Java community and reached a ranking of #13 on SourceForge as soon as version 2.0 final was released in December 2006.

He has been invited as a speaker to various conferences like BEA Dev2Dev, SAP India Summit, Adobe MAX Las Vegas, etc. He has helped setup various usergroups in India and is responsible for the weekly Asia Pacific seminars focusing on Web 2.0 and Adobe technologies, that begun towards the end of May 2007. Prayank had spent last couple of years as a member of the ColdFusion engineering team at Adobe – where he was in-charge of charting, imaging and multi-server monitoring features.

Vineet Gupta is an Evangelist with Microsoft India and his charter is to drive adoption, readiness and awareness on Microsoft’s Enterprise Applications Platform. His responsibilities also include building communities and helping the SIs and ISVs in India incubate solutions on these technologies.
He's been at Microsoft for over six years, first as a technology specialist focusing on BizTalk Server and since last three years in his present role. Prior to joining Microsoft he worked with an Internet startup as a middleware expert + dev-process owner, and before that as an instructor and technical writer teaching COM, C++ and UML.
When he is not working, he enjoys playing chess, listening to music and sleeping. His interests include reading sci-fi & fantasy, algorithm design, gaming (AOE, Quake3, Rome Total War, Morrowind), 70s Rock, theology, playing flute and checking out new eating joints!
